GAA Autumn School „Fieldwork meets Crisis“
First autumn school for doctoral students from 21/10/ - 23/10/2020
The GAA (German Anthropological Association) invites doctoral students to join its first autumn school which addresses the challenges to research and academic career because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The autumn school aims to provide a communication platform and to support doctoral students in seeking solutions to their COVID-related problems.
Prof. Dr. Andrea Behrends (Anthropology in Africa | University of Bayreuth) will contribute to the autumn school among others as well by giving insights on "Datafizierte Welten".
Deadline for applications is September 7th, 2020. Further information on the application process and on the school's agenda can be found here. Talks will be held in German language.
